In August 2009, Circle Solutions introduced Wacom Interactive Pen Displays as an integral part of the sign in solution. Since then we have installed more than 150 units of initially DTI-520 and then DTU-1631 into registered clubs. The major advantages include more efficient management and storage of electronic records that previously had to be stored as paper records for a period of 3 years. This process prevents the loss of records due to the degradation of carbon copies over time. Developing innovative solutions to capture information efficiently results in our customer’s delivering effective business systems with higher productivity and lower costs.

We looked to Wacom as we were unhappy with the touch/pen touch screens we were using. Losing the touch functionality has not been an issue as customers are so happy with the enhanced pen experience.

“It’s just like writing on paper” is the common response. Replacing the paper docket used at Registered Clubs has proven to be very popular with patrons - using our custom software patrons use a larger area to write their details in – “I don’t even need my glasses to see where to write!”
