Intuos5

I want to use Intuos5 on my MacbookPro but it doesn't register there, even after downloading latest drivers from Wacom.

Kindly verify if the LED light of the tablet turns on when it is connected to your computer without using a USB hub. If not, kindly check the USB cable and USB port of the tablet for any signs of physical damage. You may also try connecting the tablet to a different USB port of the Mac motherboard to isolate the problem.

Also, verify the exact version of your Mac OS X. If your Mac is running on OS X 10.8, we suggest that you update your Mac to 10.8.3 version. If your Mac is updated to 10.8.3, kindly proceed to step 2.

1. Check your Mac OS X version.
